2026-27 Intent-to-Play Registration Open NOW!!! CLOSES Memorial Day May 25th, 2026 at 12am

2026/27 Full Season Registration opens June 5th, 2026 to September 1, 2026 (price increases $250 after September 1st)

Volunteer at Strawberry Days in concert with your Intent to Play registration and we'll throw in an additional $25 toward your season fees.

Western Colorado Hockey League (WCHL) - travel teams*:

10U B / Rec (birth years 2016 & 2017)

12U A / B (2014 & 2015)

14U B (2012 & 2013)

Colorado Girls Hockey League (CGHL) - travel teams*†:

15U (2011 & under as appropriate)

19U (2006 & under as appropriate)

*these teams play games throughout the mountain region including rinks in: Aspen, Breckenridge, Durango, Grand Junction, Gunnison / Crested Butte, Steamboat Springs, Vail, Telluride, and Glenwood Springs 🙂

as well as tournaments on the Front Range and possibly neighboring states

†Girls Only - In the event that a girls' team cannot be formed at your age group, a refund will be considered if we cannot find you a home with Grizzly Hockey this season.

Intent to Play Registration Closes Memorial Day Monday, May 25th, so we can enter teams at the WCHL Planning Weekend and get us the best possible schedule!

Full season registration opens Friday June 5th, 2026, BUT now is the time to let us know if you are in for 2026-27 Grizzly hockey and what age and skill you want to play! (pending evaluation skates)

Grizzly Hockey Intent to Play Registration

IS OPEN!

Know your player is up for a season of Grizzly hockey? Help us prepare the best season possible by completing an Intent to Play registration. This will be incredibly valuable in determining numbers at each age level and setting practice and game schedules.

Please help with this early indication of your player's intent to play. The $50 fee will be applied to his or her full-season registration.

When you sign up to crew/staff/cover/operate the Pepsi truck at Strawberry Days, an additional $25 will be applied to your registration fee.

There is intentionally some overlap in age divisions left in case your player may qualify to 'play up.' Final decisions on team placement will be made following an evaluation by the director and coaches.
