An always fun day of cross ice competition for 8U players in Glenwood Springs! Bring your team for an action-packed day of mini hockey games!
Ages
8U
Typically 2017-2019 birth year players.
When
An early season opportunity for players to test out their new skills in a bit of friendly competition.
December 13, 2025 10a-3p
Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to game time.
Where
Glenwood Springs Ice Rink located at the Glenwood Springs Community Center.
DETAILS
Pucks will be provided.
No clock or penalty box requirements.
Score will not be kept / recorded.
Youth officials will be offered an opportunity to participate. Any un-officiated games will be supervised by USA Hockey certified coaching staff.
Games
4 games per team
4v4 with goalies.
Jerseys
Please bring both dark and light jerseys to the event.
NECK GUARDS ARE MANDITORY FOR PARTICIPATION
The USAH Sanctioned Tournament Safe Sport Protocol will be adhered to.
Any Team which enters a tournament and fails to appear on time for a scheduled Game or who fails to provide a valid 1-T roster to the Tournament Director prior to the first Game of the tournament will be subject to:
Forfeit all tournament Games as determined by the Tournament Director
USA Hockey ADM rules will be used, including the use of blue pucks.

2025 8U GRIZZLY JAMBOREE
Date: Saturday, December 13
Times: 10a - 3p, teams should plan to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to their first scheduled game to get dressed and ready to play!
Location: Glenwood Springs Community Center
Format: 1/3 ice. 4v4 with goalies.
No (official) score keeping, though players inevitably keep track!
Cost: $450 - All payments are made through online registration on our website.
