1. Register with USA Hockey (USAH) and save your Confirmation Number (online payment is mandatory).

2. Sign up for Grizzly Hockey (that's us) using your USAH Confirmation Number (this system is for online payment only - see Offline Payments below).

3. Return here to get pertinent information ( Consent To Treat / Medical History is MANDATORY)

Offline Payments
If you choose to pay offline or make installment payments you must first register with USA Hockey (red button above) and bring or submit your Registration Confirmation to us.  If paying in GSYHA registration fees in full you can mail your check and USAH Confirmation to the address below.  If paying by installment please download the ACH Debit Agreement and mail the completed agreement with voided check attached and your player's USA Hockey Confirmation sheet or number to the address below.  For other payment arrangements call Kirk at 945-4987.

Reduced Goalie Fees - Fulltime PeeWee through Midget goalie fees are 50% of the Fee plus the full Fundraising Commitment
Multi-Player Discount - 1st Player in family pays full registration fee. Subsequent family members to register will receive $50 off their registration fee but have the same fundraising commitment. For those that pay online multi-player discounts will be refunded by check from GSYHA.

*  Rec and Girls Rec are not learn-to-skate programs. Players will scrimmage every practice. The IP program is recommended for players 7 and under who are new skaters. Also, Glenwood Springs Parks & Rec conducts a learn-to-skate program.

** GSYHA conducts an annual fundraising event. The fundraising commitment is collected at registration. If you prefer this be held as a deposit until your fundraising is completed please advise the registrar.
